概要
- Our 100% Merino wool is naturally odor-resistant. Avoid unecessary washing.
- Always wash by hand as the wool can shrink when washed in a washing machine.
- Gently wash using water below 30°C (86°F).
- Reshape the product before hanging it to dry.
What you will need:
- Neutral detergent for delicates
- Washbasin, bucket, or bathtub
How to Wash
1. Use a neutral detergent for delicate fabrics free of bleach, fabric softener, and fluorescent agents. Fabric softeners may coat fibers and reduce performance, while bleach can cause color fading.
2. Fill a bucket with lukewarm water (below 30°C), add an appropriate amount of neutral detergent, and mix until foamy. Avoid using too much detergent, as it may leave residue in the fabric.
3. Fully submerge the item to ensure the detergent spreads evenly. Avoid vigorous rubbing—gently press with both hands to remove dirt.
4. With wool, avoid friction while wet, as it can cause felting. Do not scrub or rub when washing.
Replace the water several times and rinse until the detergent is thoroughly removed.
6. Do not wring.
How to dry
1. Set the shape of the brim by pressing it with your fingers.
2. Dry flat in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
