If you purchased our Stretch Mesh Caps from our Sep. 11th, 2023 restock date, you may have a defect Stretch Mesh Cap.

Defect products are known to fray after washing. If you suspect you may have a defect product we encourage you to wash the product and check for any fraying.

The deadline for exchanging or receiving a is Sep. 10th, 2024.

Exchange Options:
1. After returning the item, exchange it for the same product.
2. After returning the item, receive a refund for the product price.

– This applies to cases where “fraying occurs in the brim’s stitching after washing due to an initial defect.”
– Products that do not exhibit any initial defects are not eligible for exchange or refund.
– Yamatomichi will cover the shipping costs for both the returned product and the replacement product.
